STRUCTURE
Two attorneys, who report directly to the State Personnel Board, serve as the Hearing Officers for termination appeal hearings.
This Division hears termination appeals on behalf of the State Personnel Board. Then, the hearing officers make a recommendation to the Board as to what action the Board should take in these matters. The Division is assisted by administrative support.
